Pre-school Fees

Where parents are not eligible for early education funding (check eligibility) fees are as follows:

​

9am – 3pm:  £22

​

For an 8.45am start: add £1.15 (this works well for parents with children already attending Triangle Primary School)

​

AM/PM sessions: £11.00 per session

​

Please Note: Half day sessions can be negotiated as part of the settling in process, but are not normally allocated on a permanent basis.

Book into our Holiday Club to extend your childcare beyond school term times.

Please visit https://beststartinlife.gov.uk/childcare-early-years-education/ to check your eligibility, you will also be advised of other help with childcare costs that you may be eligible for.​

​

At 3 Corners, your child may attend completely free of charge for up to 30 hours per week, where you are eligible for funding. Please note: This applies where your child brings a packed lunch. However, we are able to access a hot meal for your child, through Triangle Primary School's hot meals provider, at a cost of £2.80 per meal.​

2-year-old funding

​

​15 Hours Funded Early Education

​

Some 2-year-olds can get up to 15 hours of free childcare per week during term time.

​

Who can apply?

​

  • Families with certain incomes or benefits

  • Childcare must be with an approved provider

​

30 Hours Funded Early Education (Working Parents)

​

Working parents of 2-year-olds may be able to get up to 30 funded hours per week.

​

Who can apply?

​

  • Parents must be working

  • Income limits apply

  • Eligibility must be reconfirmed regularly​

​

Funding for 3- and 4-Year-Olds

​

15 Hours Universal Early Education Funding

​

All children aged 3 and 4 can get up to 15 hours of free childcare per week during term time.

​

30 Hours Funded Childcare (Working Parents)

​

Working parents of 3- and 4-year-olds may get up to 30 funded hours per week.

​

Who can apply?

​

  • Parents must be working

  • Income limits apply

  • Eligibility must be reconfirmed regularly

 

Examples of funding applied

​

Child A – 15 hour entitlement

Attends: 2 days per week 9am-3pm = 12 hours. Your weekly cost = £0

 

Child B – 30 hour entitlement

Attends: 3 days per week - 8am until 5pm = 27 hours.  Your weekly cost = £0

 

Child C – 30 hour entitlement

Attends: 5 days per week - 9am – 3pm = 30 hours.  Your weekly cost = £0

 

Child D – 30 hour entitlement

Attends: 4 days per week - 7.30am until 6pm = 42 hours. Your weekly cost = £42.50

PLEASE NOTE: It is 3 Corners policy to apply early years funding, in the first instance, to hours that fall within the hours of  9-3pm (our core early years provision). We then apply any remaining funding to Out of School Club until the funding has been fully utilised.
